flower description: Bottlebrush (Callistemon). Bottlebrushes are members of the genus Callistemon and belong to the family Myrtaceae. The flower spikes of bottlebrushes form in May and June in Jeju and are made up of a number of individual flowers.

flower description: Trumpet Creeper (campsis grandiflora). This vine only recently got the cultivar name of 'Morning Calm' to honor its country of origin, Korea. The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society named it a Gold Medal Plant in 2002. Campsis Grandiflora grows along stone fances in many Jeju villages.
